TERMS & CONDITIONS — Channel Activation Academy

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase of Channel Activation Academy, you agree to the following terms in full.

1. PURCHASE & PAYMENT

Channel Activation Academy is currently available at a special launch price. By enrolling, you agree to one of the following payment options:

One-time payment of $444, due in full at time of purchase
Payment plan of 3 monthly payments of $167, with the first payment due at time of purchase and the remaining two payments automatically charged one month apart

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and that scheduled payments are completed. Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension of access to course materials until the outstanding balance is resolved.

2. COURSE ACCESS & DELIVERY

Upon completing your purchase, you receive access to the entirety of the Channel Activation Academy curriculum, including all modules, applicable bonuses, and downloadable materials.

Your email invitation to the course platform (Thinkific) is typically sent automatically and instantly upon purchase. As a standard part of enrollment, we also reserve up to twenty-four (24) hours to send this invitation, which allows us to add you manually in the rare event of a technical issue with the automated process. If you do not receive your invitation within 24 hours, please reach out to maya@somedaymysoul.com.

Your enrollment includes:

Immediate, lifetime access to all course modules and materials
Access to a private Facebook community for enrolled students
All future updates to the course content at no additional charge
Any launch bonus materials, which are either included in course material on Thinkific or will be communicated to you via email following your purchase

Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

3. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this course, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a "Show Us Your Work" refund policy for students who have genuinely engaged with the material and found it is not the right fit for them.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
You must provide documented proof of engagement with the course material, including but not limited to journal entries, recorded channeling attempts, or completed worksheets
You must provide a clear and specific explanation of why the teachings are not working for you and what you have attempted

Refund requests that do not include the above will not be considered. To submit a refund request, please email maya@somedaymysoul.com with the subject line "Refund Request: Channel Activation Academy" and include all required documentation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. If you are on a payment plan and your refund is approved, any remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled.

4. DISCLAIMER — NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The teachings, practices, and tools shared in Channel Activation Academy are offered for educational and personal development purposes only. Your results will depend entirely on your own engagement, effort, openness, and individual circumstances.

Maya Davis LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes, experiences, or results from participating in this course. Testimonials or examples shared are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

5. DISCLAIMER — SPIRITUAL & ENERGETIC PRACTICES

Channel Activation Academy involves spiritual and energetic practices including but not limited to channeling, meditation, energy work, and intuitive development. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are participating in these practices of your own free will and volition
Spiritual and energetic exploration may bring up emotions, memories, or experiences that feel intense or uncomfortable
Maya Davis LLC is not responsible for any emotional, psychological, physical, or spiritual experiences, positive or negative, that arise as a result of engaging with the course material
This course is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical care, or therapeutic treatment. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, please consult them before engaging in intensive energetic or spiritual practices

If at any point during the course you feel overwhelmed or unsafe, you are encouraged to pause, ground yourself, and seek appropriate support.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maya Davis LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in this course, your use of the course materials, or your engagement in any practices taught herein.

7. SOCIAL MEDIA, TESTIMONIALS & COMMUNITY CONTENT

By enrolling in Channel Activation Academy and/or participating in the private Facebook community, text messages, or direct messages with Maya Davis LLC, you grant Maya Davis LLC permission to screenshot, save, and share posts, messages, comments, and testimonials you submit through those channels, and to use your first name alongside that content for marketing, promotional, and testimonial purposes, including but not limited to social media, our website, email marketing, and sales pages.

This permission is presumed for all students unless and until we receive a written request from you opting out. If you do not wish to have your posts, messages, or DMs used in this way, or do not wish to have your first name displayed alongside such content, you may opt out at any time by submitting a request in writing to maya@somedaymysoul.com. Opt-out requests will be honored on a going-forward basis and will not apply retroactively to content already published prior to receipt of the request.

We will never share your last name, contact information, or other identifying details without your separate, specific consent.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, and bonuses, is the intellectual property of Maya Davis LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or repurpose any course materials without explicit written permission.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Maya Davis LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email and will not affect purchases already completed under previous terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By purchasing this course, you agree that any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your participation in Channel Activation Academy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.
