Maya Davis LLC Reiki Session Fulfillment Policy
1. Overview
This fulfillment policy outlines how we handle scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our Reiki healing sessions. Our goal is to ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with industry and payment processing best practices.
2. Service Delivery
All energy healing sessions are conducted virtually via distance with text or email messaging components (or in person, if applicable) at the scheduled time selected during booking.
After purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation email including your session details and preparation requirements.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and will be accommodated only at our discretion.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sessions are non-refundable, as your time slot has been reserved exclusively for you. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances.
If you miss your session without notice (a no-show), no refund is available, but you may opt to reschedule.
5. Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties on our end, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.
If you experience technical issues, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue or reschedule if needed.
