Maya Davis LLC Reiki Session and Mini Reading Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview
 

This fulfillment policy outlines how we handle scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our Reiki healing sessions and mini readings. Our goal is to ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with industry and payment processing best practices.
 

2. Service Delivery
 

All Reiki energy healing sessions are conducted virtually via distance (or in person, if applicable) at the scheduled time selected during booking, with text or email messaging components through which the Client's channeled messages will be delivered.

 

Mini readings are not held at a specific time and will be delivered to the client via text or email within 24 hours of the booked calendar time. 
 

After purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation email including your session details and preparation requirements.

3. Reiki Services Disclaimer

Client understands and acknowledges the following:
 

Reiki is a Japanese form of relaxation and energy healing. A simple, gentle, energy technique that is used for alleviating stress, pain management, stress reduction and deep relaxation. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. I understand that the practitioner will be remotely sending energy to me for the duration of my Reiki session(s).

 

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling
 

Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
 

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
 

Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and will be accommodated only at our discretion.
 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

All sessions are non-refundable, as your time slot has been reserved exclusively for you. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances.
 

If you miss your session without notice (a no-show), no refund is available, but you may opt to reschedule.
 

6. Technical Issues
 

If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties on our end, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.
 

If you experience technical issues, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue or reschedule if needed.
 

7. Email Communications & Marketing Consent

By booking a session with Maya Davis LLC, you agree to be added to our email list for occasional communications, including special offers, discounts, updates, and announcements about new services or programs.
