Maya Davis LLC Program Fulfillment Policy:
The Becoming Portal (12-Week Program)

1. Overview
 

This fulfillment policy outlines how we handle registration, access, session delivery, cancellations, and refunds for The Becoming Portal, a 12-week live group coaching and healing program facilitated by Maya Davis LLC. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and alignment with industry standards for digital coaching and wellness services.
 

By enrolling in The Becoming Portal, participants agree to this policy in full.
 

2. Program Delivery
 

The Becoming Portal is a 12-week live group program hosted via Zoom, plus a digital hub and private community space.

Each participant receives:
 

• Access to weekly live group calls and/or healing circles

• Access to any accompanying replays, materials, or digital resources via the digital hub

• Access to a private community conversation space via Telegram

• For early bird participants: one private Reiki healing & channeled reading
   

After registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email including welcome details. Please check your junk/spam folders if you don’t see it within an hour of purchase.
 

If you have not received your confirmation after 1 hour and have checked your junk/spam folders, please email mayadavis1995@gmail.com for support.
 

3. Access & Replay Policy
 

All live sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Replays will be made available via the digital hub within 24 hours of each session and will remain accessible indefinitely after the program.
 

While live attendance is expected and highly encouraged to receive the fullest healing and community experience, replays are provided for participants who cannot attend live.
 

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
 

All enrollments are final and non-refundable, as spots are limited and access to digital materials and community spaces is granted upon purchase.
 

If you cannot attend the live sessions, you will still receive full access to replays and materials for self-paced integration.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of emergency or unforeseen hardship, at the sole discretion of Maya Davis LLC.
 

Enrollment is non-transferable, meaning your spot cannot be given, sold, or gifted to another person once registered.
 

5. Payment Plans
 

If you enroll using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at checkout.
Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program and loss of access to materials until the balance is paid in full.
 

6. Technical Issues
 

If a live session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will either:
 

• Reschedule the affected session, or

• Provide an alternate replay or makeup opportunity if rescheduling is not possible.
   

If you experience technical issues on your end that prevent attendance, please contact support as soon as possible. Replays will still be made available in these cases.
 

7. Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines
 

This is a shared energetic and emotional space designed for deep healing and transformation. Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality, respect, and kindness toward one another and the facilitator.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
