Program Agreement: The Bridge

A 4-Week 1:1 Coaching & Reiki Immersion
Effective Date: Upon enrollment and payment submission

1. Program Overview

The Bridge is a four (4) week private, high-touch healing and coaching container designed to support personal transformation, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and aligned forward movement.

This program combines weekly 1:1 Reiki sessions, weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, chat-based support, and personalized supplemental materials. The purpose of this program is personal growth, emotional healing, and self-development through a combination of coaching, somatic awareness, and energetic modalities.

By enrolling, Client agrees to participate fully and abide by the terms outlined below.

2. Client Entitlements

Upon enrollment and completion of payment, the Client will receive:

4x Weekly 1:1 Reiki Sessions
(conducted remotely; scheduled weekly during the program term)
4x Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions
(conducted live via Zoom; scheduled weekly during the program term)
Telegram Chat Support
- Access to private 1:1 Telegram support with Maya Davis
- Available two (2) designated days per week
- Responses provided within 24 hours on designated support days
- No Telegram support provided outside of designated days unless otherwise agreed upon
Supplementary Materials, which may include but are not limited to:
- Personalized journal prompts
- Reflection exercises
- Integration practices
- Additional resources curated specifically for the Client

All sessions must be used within the four (4) week program window unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

No additional sessions, support, or extensions are included unless explicitly purchased or granted in writing.

3. Payment Agreement

Client agrees to the payment terms presented at checkout.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of participation level, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

By submitting payment, Client acknowledges commitment to the full program and associated financial responsibility.

4. Scheduling, Attendance, and Communication

Sessions are scheduled by the client at least 24 hours in advance and must be attended as agreed.
Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling via Telegram or email.
Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Maya Davis LLC.
This program is designed to be immersive; consistent attendance is strongly encouraged for best results.

5. Reiki Services Disclaimer

Client understands and acknowledges the following:

Reiki is a Japanese form of relaxation. A simple, gentle, energy technique that is used for alleviating stress, pain management, stress reduction and deep relaxation. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. I understand that the practitioner will be remotely sending energy to me for the duration of my Reiki session(s).

6. Scope of Services & Coaching Disclaimer

Client understands that Maya Davis LLC provides coaching, mentorship, and energy work for personal development and spiritual growth.

Techniques may include, but are not limited to:

Subconscious reprogramming
Somatic awareness
Nervous system regulation
Parts work
Inner child healing
Reiki energy healing
Channeled messages
Reflective and integrative coaching practices

Client acknowledges that:

These services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
Maya Davis is not a licensed medical provider, psychologist, or therapist
Services do not replace medical or mental health care
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at Client’s own risk

Maya Davis LLC is not liable for any perceived or actual outcomes resulting from participation.

7. Results Disclaimer

Client understands that personal transformation is subjective and results will vary.

No guarantees are made regarding emotional healing, physical health, relationships, financial outcomes, or life circumstances.

Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and implementation of insights gained during the program.

8. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the personalized nature of services, immediate access to scheduling, energy work, and private support, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, session content, written prompts, recordings, and frameworks provided are the intellectual property of Maya Davis LLC.

Client may use materials for personal development only and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maya Davis LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

Client releases and holds harmless Maya Davis LLC, its agents, and contractors from any and all claims related to participation in this program.

11. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By enrolling, signing, or checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement, including:

The no-refund policy
The Reiki disclaimer
The scope of services
The assumption of risk

This constitutes a binding legal agreement between Client and Maya Davis LLC.
