Maya Davis LLC Reiki & Realness Membership Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview
 

This policy outlines how we handle registration, access, cancellations, and support for the Reiki & Realness Membership. Our goal is to offer clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience.
 

2. Membership Access & Delivery
 

The membership includes:
- 2x monthly live group Reiki circles
- additional workshops or masterclasses
- Occasional town halls with hot-seat coaching
- Premium tier: includes 1x private Reiki session per month (see our Private Reiki Fulfillment Policy)
 

All live sessions are hosted via Zoom.
 

After registration, you'll receive a welcome email with:
- Membership details
- Facebook group information
- Instructions on how to join live sessions
 

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
 

Live session times are fixed and announced in the private Facebook group.
Due to the group-based nature of the membership, events are not rescheduled on an individual basis.
 

4. Access & Replays
 

All replays are included in your membership.

They are uploaded within 48 hours to the Reiki & Realness YouTube playlist, which is accessible via the Facebook group or direct link.
 

5. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
 

Your membership auto-renews monthly until canceled. Details including rate and billing date are provided at checkout.

All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges; your access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
 

6. Technical Issues
 

If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end, it will be rescheduled-no refunds will be issued. If you experience issues on your end, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee rescheduling or refunds, we'll do our best to help.
 

7. Email Communications & Marketing Consent

By enrolling with Maya Davis LLC, you agree to be added to our email list for occasional communications, including special offers, discounts, updates, and announcements about new services or programs.

You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email.
