Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms in full.

1. PURCHASE & PAYMENT

The Build Your Invocation Prayer Worksheet is available for a one-time payment of $55.

2. DELIVERY & ACCESS

Upon completing your purchase, the worksheet will be delivered to you via email. As a standard part of fulfillment, we reserve up to twenty-four (24) hours to send this email, which allows us to resolve any technical issues manually if needed. If you do not receive your worksheet within 24 hours, please reach out to maya@somedaymysoul.com.

Your purchase includes lifetime access the worksheet. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Sharing these materials with others is strictly prohibited.

3. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

This permission is presumed for all customers unless and until we receive a written request from you opting out. If you do not wish to have your feedback, messages, or photo used in this way, you may opt out at any time by submitting a request in writing to maya@somedaymysoul.com. Opt-out requests will be honored on a going-forward basis and will not apply retroactively to content already published prior to receipt of the request.

We will never share your last name, contact information, or other identifying details without your separate, specific consent.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Maya Davis LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed under previous terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By purchasing, you agree that any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.

IF YOU ENROLL IN CHANNEL ACTIVATION ACADEMY (CAA) AS AN ORDER BUMP:

If you choose to add Channel Activation Academy to your order at checkout, your total order will reflect the $55 worksheet purchase plus the $397 CAA order bump price, for a combined total of $453. By completing this purchase, you agree to the following additional terms specific to your CAA enrollment:

1. PAYMENT

Your CAA enrollment is a one-time payment of $397, due in full at time of purchase alongside your meditation purchase. A payment plan is not available for the upsell price; if you would like to enroll using a payment plan, please purchase CAA separately at the standard payment plan rate.

2. ACCESS & DELIVERY

Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate, lifetime access to the entirety of the Channel Activation Academy curriculum, including all six modules, applicable bonuses, and downloadable materials, delivered via the Thinkific course platform. As with standard enrollment, we reserve up to twenty-four (24) hours to send your course invitation. Your enrollment also includes access to a private Facebook community for enrolled students and all future updates to course content at no additional charge. Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

3. REFUND POLICY

Unlike the meditations, CAA is eligible for our standard "Show Us Your Work" refund policy. To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date, accompanied by documented proof of engagement with the course material (journal entries, recorded channeling attempts, or completed worksheets) and a clear explanation of why the teachings are not working for you and what you've attempted. Refund requests that do not include the above will not be considered. Approved refunds apply only to the $397 CAA portion of your order; the $55 meditation purchase remains final and non-refundable. 4. ALL OTHER TERMS

All remaining disclaimers, spiritual and energetic practice acknowledgments, limitations of liability, social media/testimonial permissions, intellectual property protections, and governing law provisions outlined in the full Channel Activation Academy Terms & Conditions apply equally to your CAA enrollment.
